Partnership Process
Five steps from intent to project launch
Aoweisi's cooperation process is designed around minimizing uncertainty — each step has clear inputs, outputs, and expected response times, ensuring both parties stay aligned throughout.
Submit Intent
Submit basic information and describe the cooperation direction and objectives
Submit your company background, cooperation type, and initial requirements via the contact page. No need for a full proposal — a brief description of your intent is sufficient. Our business team will complete an initial assessment within 48 hours.
Initial Discussion
Response within 48 hours — call or video conference to confirm core requirements
Our business team will proactively reach out for a 30–60 minute initial call to confirm feasibility, fit, and core boundary conditions. Research partnerships will simultaneously involve the technical team for technical alignment.
Proposal Design
Tailored cooperation proposal with scope of delivery and terms framework
Based on the initial discussion, Aoweisi will provide a written cooperation proposal specifying scope, deliverables, milestones, pricing framework, and confidentiality and IP terms. OEM/ODM projects will include a sampling plan.
Agreement
Confirm proposal details and complete formal contract signing
Once both parties reach consensus on the proposal, the NDA and formal cooperation agreement are signed. The contract covers delivery terms, payment schedule, IP ownership, and dispute resolution to ensure the partnership proceeds within a clear legal framework.
Project Launch
Dedicated account team assigned, project execution officially begins
After signing, Aoweisi assigns a dedicated project manager for end-to-end follow-up with regular progress reports. OEM/ODM projects proceed to production after sample confirmation; research projects advance according to agreed milestones.
Why Aoweisi
Verifiable technology, reliable delivery, protected IP
Before entering substantive discussions, partners typically need to evaluate three things: whether the technology is credible, whether the partner has complete delivery capability, and whether information and assets are protected.
Transparent, verifiable technology foundation
Aoweisi's synthetic biology exosome platform is built on published research pathways with clear technical logic and interpretable mechanisms. Partners can independently assess credibility through research documentation, mechanism explainers, and sample validation.
End-to-end capability from R&D to delivery
Formulation R&D, freeze-drying, quality testing, and packaging are all completed within Aoweisi's own systems — no reliance on external subcontractors. This means shorter lead times, more consistent batch quality, and more direct technical communication for partners.
Robust IP protection and confidentiality mechanisms
All partnerships are protected by NDA before launch, with exclusive formulation rights for ODM projects. Aoweisi maintains strict confidentiality of partner formulation requirements, commercial information, and customer data, with IP ownership clearly specified in the contract.
